Neha Dakshit is an editor, researcher and associate producer who excels at the intersection of filmmaking and impact storytelling, combining her technical skills in post-production and research with her understanding of creative storytelling to connect with audiences. Neha's aims to use storytelling not only to educate, but to empower audiences to take part in solutions that better our communities.

Neha has worked as an editor on many short films, such as The Salon (2025), a documentary short about a community space where students share poetry, and Sweet Nothing (2023), a narrative short film about first heartbreak, which won first place at the Palm Beaches Student Showcase of Films.

Last summer, Neha was a Programming & Operations Intern at PBS, where she assisted the General Audience Programming team with a variety of tasks across editorial and operational activities. She was selected for Netflix's Documentary Archival Research Training program in 2025, where she gained skills in archival producing. Neha is a graduate of Syracuse University, with an M.A. in Television, Radio and Film.
